1. Who handles your data
This site is operated by Maria Vinitskaya, an independent makeup artist and hair stylist working across Italy. For any question about your personal data, write on WhatsApp or call +7 968 633-13-55.
2. What is collected
When you send an enquiry, the site receives your name, phone number, the service you selected, your preferred date, time and location, your preferred contact method, and anything you choose to write in the notes field. Nothing else is collected, and there are no third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site.
3. Why it is collected
Your details are used only to answer your enquiry, prepare a written quote, agree the service and keep the schedule. They are never sold, and never passed to advertising networks.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent, given when you tick the box on the enquiry form, and on the steps necessary to enter into a contract at your request (Article 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation).
5. How long it is kept
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to organise and confirm the service, resolve any question arising from it, and meet accounting obligations. After that they are deleted or anonymised.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to your data, correction of it, erasure, restriction of processing, or a copy in portable form. You may withdraw consent at any time. Write on WhatsApp or call the number above and the request will be handled within one month. You also have the right to complain to your national supervisory authority — in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
7. Cookies
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. A single session cookie exists only in the private admin area and is never set for visitors.
8. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Enquiry data is stored with restricted access, and administrator passwords are stored only as salted hashes.
